Background

Jutila worked at the State Capitol as an aide after college and during law school. He is a volunteer firefighter and former East Lyme selectman and Democratic town chairman.

Jutila reported outside income from Carrier. His wife, Donna Jutila, is employed by Smith's Acres, a garden center in Niantic.
